Proactive HR Solutions was created with one clear purpose: to make HR simple, supportive and genuinely human for small businesses. After more than 25 years working across HR, leadership, employee relations and organisational culture, I saw how many business owners were overwhelmed by compliance, unsure how to manage people challenges, and often left to navigate complex situations alone. I knew there had to be a better way — one that felt practical, personal and grounded in real‑world experience.
I’m Mail, the Owner and Director of Proactive HR Solutions. I’ve spent my career working across a wide range of industries — construction, trades, manufacturing, professional services, government and corporate environments — supporting leaders, teams and workplaces through every stage of the employee lifecycle.
